Responsibilities
  • Enforce organizational sales directives население support staff.
  • Work closely with the store manager; assign salesmen/accounts to store coordinators.
  • Ensure adherence to customer order process policies.
  • Review all sales orders for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and clearance.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales quotes and process customer orders.
  • Respond to internal and external audit requests; prepare audit packages.
  • Serve as liaison between sales and operations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and track performance of order processing procedures; implement improvements when necessary.
  • Handle field phone calls from salesmen and customers to schedule orders.
  • Provide updates to sales and customers on delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate the release of orders in the system for delivery.
  • Verify billing accuracy and manage outstanding accounts receivable balances.
  • Maintain filing and organization of all paperwork (special orders, stock receiving, AR billing, etc.).
  • Facilitate the resolution of problems with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed updates on shipments, tracking data, ship‑to‑date counts, and remaining deliveries.
  • Direct order entry/processing to ensure correct and efficient processing.
  • Support coordinators in providing pricing information and other inquiries to sales and customers.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of industry policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Experience leading and directing work of other employees.
  • Strong customer/client orientation; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
  • Preferred experience with sourcing material, invoicing, billing, and/or accounts receivable.
  • Ability to develop and mentor others; foster teamwork.
Required

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED with at least five years of experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Position Details

Full‑time position; 48+ hours per week, depending on store operations. The position is located at a store and involves working outdoors or being exposed to wet, humid, or extreme weather conditions. The role requires constant standing, customer interaction, and occasional lifting of up to 80 pounds.
