Event Manager / Planner, Customer Service Rep

This active-family HOA offers a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, a resort-style swimming pool, a snack bar-style cafe, and meeting spaces. It is nestled in the area’s hills. On-site staff include the Community Manager, Lifestyle Director, Maintenance Associate, and Community Ambassadors.

, where you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for residents, guests, and prospective buyers. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team and a resident-centric culture with CCMC, two organizations known for integrity, respect, service, and community-focused values.
- Community Overview & Engagement:
Serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, and potential buyers, providing tours, answering questions, and disseminating community information and offerings. - Event Support:
Assist the client’s marketing team in planning and executing marketing events with potential buyers, realtors, and residents, both inside and outside the community. Help organize and facilitate community events with the client, Lifestyle Director, and Farm Director. - Administrative Duties:
Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, event registration, and supporting marketing efforts with weekly sales and traffic reports. Maintain operational tasks such as ensuring a well-maintained environment and inventory management for on-site facilities. - Daily Operations:
Open and close the facility following checklists, ensure health and safety standards, engage with residents, prospective buyers, and staff, and perform facility tours as directed by the Community Manager. Collaborate with the team to achieve communication goals.
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Alternatively, a minimum of six months’ experience with excellent customer service and telephone etiquette will also be considered. - Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Skills:
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to develop, design, and implement programs and reports. - Personal Qualities:
Positive, outgoing personality; ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong conflict resolution skills. - Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Work Schedule:
Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.
