We are looking for a Licensed Primary Therapist in Tennessee who will work closely with clients to determine their rehabilitation needs and to provide individualized treatment by providing structured as well as holistic healing. Supports clients with foundational well‑being that develops the skills needed to overcome, heal & grow to sustain long‑term sobriety.

The Primary Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Executive Director. He/she will be responsible for the patient caseload and will provide group, individual, and family therapy. The Primary Therapist will conduct psychosocial and bio‑psychosocial assessments. The Primary Therapist has primary responsibility for maintaining communication with the family, referral source, and other service providers as needed.

• Tues‑Sat 8:30‑4:30
• Mon / Tue / Thu 8:30‑8:30, Wed 8:30‑12:30

• Group Facilitation
• Individual Counseling
• Crisis Intervention
• Documentation/Scheduling
• Treatment Planning
• Other duties as determined by Executive Director

• Active LPC, LCADC II, LMSW, or LCSW (preferred); pending licensure is accepted.
• Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
• Minimum of 1 year of mental health counseling experience.
• Proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office software (preferred).
