Job Summary And QualificationsThe Surgical Technologist is responsible for pulling cases, scrubbing cases and assisting physician with surgery.
What you will do in this role- You will demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
- You will promote customer service initiatives.
- You will function as scrub person during operative procedures.
- You will demonstrate ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
- You will assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing technical duties as assigned.
- You will deliver compassionate, holistic care, while supporting the rights and dignity of all patients.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program
- Surgical Technician certification required
- BLS Certification current
- 1 Year of surgery experience preferred in the following areas:
General, GYN, Urology, Plastics, and Orthopedics.
