The Landscape Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading crews in delivering exceptional service to our high‑end clients while ensuring every detail of each project is executed to the highest standard. This role oversees and supports team members to guarantee that projects are planned and completed effectively, efficiently, and on schedule. To help us take things to the next level, we seek someone who can see the big picture and how all the little details and tasks fit into it, like a conductor directing every instrument to create something unique.
Dutiesand responsibilities include:
- Communicating project details to clients and technicians throughout the planning and implementation process
- Coordinating with other members of the team to ensure that all aspects of the project are addressed
- Managing budgets and time frames to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Developing and implementing a safety-first culture within the team
- Managing a team of technicians, hardscape crews, and others involved in the actual construction process
- Estimating materials costs, labor costs, equipment costs, and other expenses related to the project
- Reading detailed design plans and blueprints for each project, working closely with the team to ensure adequate training
- Reviewing plans for potential problems or issues with the design team before submitting them to clients for approval
- Organizing and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and hiring contractors or other workers
We’re seeking a highly organized, solutions‑oriented professional with proven experience managing landscape projects from concept to completion at an exceptional standard of quality. You should bring strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate crews to deliver outstanding results. Experience working with high‑end or luxury clients is highly preferred.
- Experience
Required:- 2+ years of experience as a Landscape Project Manager
- Proficiency with all required equipment, including skid steer
- Strong leadership skills to manage team members, contractors, and more
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid Driver’s license and clean MVR
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
- Physically fit and able to fulfill the physical aspects of the role
- Work Environment:
- Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to the Hendersonville location (transportation to job sites is provided).
- Physical requirements:
- Ability to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Ability to lift 15–50 lbs. frequently and up to 90 lbs. occasionally.
