As a Bag Machine Operator/ Adjuster for Flexible Packaging, your responsibilities will include:

• Work 12 hour days Monday through Thursday with 1st and 2nd shift currently available.
• Handling all bag machine functions for our flexible packaging clients.
• Accurately operating and adjusting Weber machines.
• Responsible for monitoring production results, making machine adjustments.
• Conducting routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with team members to promote efficient workflow and smooth operations.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on a bag machine.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

This position is based in Hendersonville area of Nashville.
