Direct Hire! We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our metal fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to bend and shape metal into precise components for various projects. This requires expertise in reading blueprints, ensuring safety, and producing high-quality products within established timelines.

• Set up, operate, and maintain press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine the correct bending methods, machine settings, and tooling.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, ensuring they meet required tolerances and quality standards. Adjust as needed to maintain precision.
• Install, align, and adjust dies and punches based on the job specifications and material requirements.
• Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and troubleshooting minor issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating machines to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating press brake machines in a metal fabrication environment.
• Strong knowledge of press brake operation, tooling, and machine maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints with a strong understanding of geometric tolerances.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and quality control.
• Physical stamina:
  Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during the workday.
• Problem‑solving:
  Ability to troubleshoot issues with machine operation and make necessary adjustments.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with supervisors and co‑workers.

• Certification in CNC press brake operation or related field.
• Knowledge of varied materials used in metal fabrication, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

Willing to negotiate pay.
