The Construction Crew Member is a critical part of the team and reports directly to the Construction Crew Leader. This role supports the team and company goals by assisting with a variety of landscape construction tasks as needed to ensure high-quality project execution.

• Installation and maintenance of plants, trees, shrubs, turf, and irrigation systems.
• Hardscape installation (patios, retaining walls, walkways).
• Seasonal tasks (mulching, leaf removal, snow/ice management).
• Routine equipment inspections, light maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Proficient operation of lawn mowing and other landscape machinery.
• Follow all safety policies and best practices to ensure a safe work environment.
• Perform other activities as assigned to support the team and company goals.

• Experience Level:
  • Entry‑level candidates are welcome; prior landscaping or maintenance experience is a plus.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers, team members, and external partners.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Work Environment:
  • Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation to the Hendersonville location (transportation to job sites is provided).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to complete an I‑9 Employment Eligibility Verification form.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift 15–50 lbs. frequently and up to 90 lbs. occasionally.
