Position:
Transaction Coordinator
- Full-time

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Prepare and review transaction documents, including contracts, addendums, and disclosures, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Facilitate communication between parties involved in the transaction, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Schedule and coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services to meet transaction deadlines.
- Monitor and track key milestones in the transaction process, keeping all parties informed of progress.
- Collaborate with title companies, lenders, and other service providers to ensure a timely and successful closing.
- Maintain accurate and organized transaction files.
- Assist in resolving any post-closing issues and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency in real estate transactions.
- Five years or more of transaction coordination experience, required.
- Experience with transaction coordination in real estate, required; could be with title company, mortgage company, investor, realtor, attorney or other.
- Significant experience getting real estate transactions closed.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and related documents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using relevant real estate software and tools.
- Knowledge of real estate contracts, forms, and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with state and local real estate regulations and processes.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Must be able to manage time effectively, complete tasks promptly, and not procrastinate.
- Excellent work ethic.
