Responsibilities

As an Outfitter
, you are the heart and sole of our brand. You recommend gear and products that customers will use to cross their next finish line. You will go above and beyond to take care of our customers and communities. You will build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers, vendors and peers by listening to customer needs, providing personalized solutions, and outfitting them with everything they need to get started or persevere.

Additional Requirements

• One regular weekend shift per week required
• Position requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and using point-of-sale computers
• Position requires moderate to heavy lifting (10-30+ lb), bending, and reaching overhead
• Work environment includes substantial customer interaction, retail displays, stockroom inventory, and potentially slippery surfaces
