** part-time, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual
** to join our Brentwood team. If you enjoy working with people, have an eye for detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

* Provide outstanding customer service that creates a welcoming and memorable shopping experience
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services
* Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
* Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor
* Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions
* Accurately process purchases and returns using the POS system
* Follow inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels
* Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
* Support team members and assist with special events as needed

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous retail experience preferred
* Jewelry or luxury retail experience is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Sales-minded with a customer-first approach
* Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in a team environment
* Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation:* **$18.00 per hour**, based on experience and qualifications
