Orange theory Fitness is a trendsetting cutting-edge fitness organization with 2,000+ locations open in the US, Canada and internationally. We are currently seeking a qualified Sales Associate that is keen on driving sales and service excellence for our group fitness training facility in East Nashville, TN.

The Sales Associate position is a critical role that is accountable for membership sales, flawless customer service and team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive and passion for growing the OTF membership base and providing high-touch customer service.

• Effectively sells customized OTF memberships and other studio products
• Multitask effectively and thrive in high-energy environment while maintaining productivity requirements
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive experience
• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems
• Make sales calls and follow up calls/customer care calls with ease
• Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist (pre/during/post) shift activities
• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
• Systematically contact prospective clients and current members to increase memberships and improve member retention
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
• Process onboarding documents for new members
• Work closely with Fitness Team to ensure a flawless onboarding & member experience
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs and team meetings
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized

• Excellent customer service skills - including face-to-face and over the phone
• Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
• Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs
• High school diploma required. Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)

We are currently looking to fill the part-time shift listed below:

• Mon - 3:00pm - 7:00pm
• Tues - 3:00pm - 7:00pm
• Wed - 3:00pm - 7:00pm
• Thurs - OFF
• Fri - OFF
• * Sat - 6:45am - 12:45pm
• Sun - OFF

* Shift might include 1 Saturday per month - will depend on business need
