Position OverviewAs an MTHS Home Buying Specialist
, you will meet with pre‑qualified homeowners ready to sell. No cold calling. No lead generation. You’ll run up to 10 pre‑set seller appointments each week
, present offers using our proven framework, and negotiate deals that work for both parties. You’ll be supported by a full team — Lead Managers, Dispositions, and Transactions — so you can focus solely on closing

- Attend in‑person or virtual seller appointments (Monday–Saturday)
- Build rapport and evaluate motivation, condition, and value
- Structure and present offers using MTHS systems and tools
- Submit detailed notes, photos, videos, and CRM documentation
- Upload all appointment recordings for training/QA
- Maintain follow‑up with leads using CRM
- Collaborate closely with our Disposition and Transaction teams to bring contracts to close
- 2+ years of success in real estate acquisitions, high‑ticket sales, or D2D closing
- Confident, emotionally intelligent communicator
- Proven track record in converting in‑person sales appointments to closed deals
- Tech savvy (CRM, Asana, Trainual, Google Workspace)
- Comfortable working Saturdays and traveling for appointments
- Deep respect for responsibility, service, and results
- OTE: $150,000+ in first 12 months
