$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Job Summary

CDF Distributors is seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are ready to be a part of a CDF Sales team that is revolutionizing an industry. We sell commercial doors, frames, and hardware (Division
8) online, using our website and online ordering system. CDF Distributors is the online leader for purchasing commercial doors frames and hardware using our Pro Builder website. If you love consulting and calling warm and hot leads selling to businesses, and if you understand the value of using the best technology, we look forward to speaking with you! We are NOT a telemarketing company, and we DO NOT MAKE COLD CALLS.

Candidates will go through a sales training course and CRM training to gain knowledge of using our systems and learning how to sell our products. Warm and Hot Leads come directly from the customers who go online and request quotes for door, frame, hardware packages, and provide their information.

Responsibilities
  • Making outbound warm and hot lead sales calls
  • Responding to incoming calls
  • Ensuring a positive, high‑quality customer experience through all interactions
  • Reviewing and revising customer quotes
  • Taking/processing customer payments
  • Meeting sales objectives and customer satisfaction excellence
Skills & Experience
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Excellent time‑management skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Sales experience, preferred, in a call center setting, optimal.
  • Clear, professional communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Excellent attendance
