Membership Sales Representative

Wash N' Roll is a fast-growing company seeking hardworking, positive, and money-motivated individuals to join our sales team in the Nashville/Gallatin, TN region. Ideal candidates will help expand our company by selling memberships and representing us with a professional appearance, a helpful and friendly customer service mindset, and a winning attitude. Pay and Benefits: Our sales team earns hourly plus commission, with an estimated full-time annual range of $45,000 to $78,000+. Hourly pay can increase based on performance. We also offer annual performance bonuses and benefits such as Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Sell Unlimited memberships. Your earnings depend on your ability to sell. We make it easy by offering customers attractive and affordable promotions. The more customers you sign up, the more you earn. No prior sales experience is necessary; we will provide training on the most effective sales techniques from our top sellers.
• Maintain the VIP membership line. Use your customer service skills to ensure accounts are accurate and services are functioning properly. This includes searching customer accounts, updating payment information, canceling or switching plans, etc. Training will be provided to ensure efficiency.
• Greet new customers and members warmly.
• Dependability and meeting minimum sales standards.
• Honesty, thoroughness, and transparency in all interactions with customers.
