$45,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

• Provide excellent guest experience and develop a client base by building lasting relationships with all guests through Sleep Outfitters’ sales processes and post‑purchase programs.
• Set and achieve sales goals with effective use of our exclusive Personal Sleep Profile to assess needs and make recommendations.
• Expand your knowledge of our products and the importance of better sleep to build relationships with our guests and provide the best sleep solutions.
• Maintain a store environment you can be proud of to support the experience you deliver to your guests.
• Engage in our community to create awareness about the importance of sleep and how Sleep Outfitters can help.
• Execute company initiatives and demonstrate company values in all interactions with guests and outfitters.

• Build strong relationships with guests and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be a self‑motivated team player who strives to win.
• Be technology savvy and embrace change.
• Engage in networking and be an active member of the community.
• Have flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs, including Saturdays and Sundays, most holidays, and evenings.

• Must have the aptitude and attitude to win.
• Experience in commissioned sales is great but not required.
• Computer skills: proficiency with MS Office products.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Position requires weekend hours and hours during key sales events, including holidays.
