As a Security Officer Hospital Full Time in Hendersonville, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol hospital areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff. You will respond to security-related concerns, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with specialized hospital duties.

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential hazards.
Monitor access points and help maintain visitor management procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver’s licence is required in the state where the job is located.
Have at least one year of security-related experience.
Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
Be able to restrain individuals.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
