• Excellent communication skills – effective with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
• Presentable – clean‑cut appearance, decent looking vehicle, organized tools.
• Other – take the time to earn the customer’s confidence, inquire about additional work, point out small repairs, punctual and efficient, integral part of a winning team, demonstrate ability and willingness to exceed customers’ expectations.
