Travel​/Local - LTC Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

• Provide high-quality nursing care to LTC residents during evening shifts, ensuring their safety and comfort.

• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document findings accurately in electronic health records.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Educate residents and their families regarding health management and post-discharge instructions.

• Valid LPN license or equivalent certification recognized in Minnesota.

• CPR certification.

• First Aid certification.

• At least 1 year of recent Long Term Care (LTC) LPN experience.

• Ability to work evenings.

• Excellent communication skills.

You hold a current Minnesota LPN license and CPR certification. You have at least one year LTC nursing experience. You can work evening shifts and communicate effectively with families
