What

You’ll Do
  • Develop, maintain, and manage technical documentation for turbojet engines including operation manuals, installation guides, maintenance procedures, test instructions, engineering reports, and service documentation.
  • Translate complex propulsion concepts, engineering data, and test results into structured, accurate, and user friendly documentation for technical audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with propulsion, mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and test engineers to ensure documentation remains technically accurate and up to date.
  • Create documentation covering engine operation, inspection, handling, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and system integration.
  • Build and maintain a structured technical knowledge base that supports engineering, production, operations, and customer teams.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, test reports, and design documentation to ensure consistency, traceability, and completeness.
  • Establish documentation standards, templates, and best practices that improve quality and efficiency across engineering teams.
  • Support qualification activities by preparing technical documentation required for compliance, customer deliverables, and product releases.
  • Manage document revisions, configuration control, and release processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
What You’ll Need
  • Experience in technical writing within aerospace, aviation, automotive, defense, or another complex engineering industry.
  • Ability to understand mechanical systems and convert technical information into clear, structured documentation.
  • Experience creating technical manuals, maintenance procedures, operating instructions, and engineering documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using documentation tools such as Mad Cap Flare, DITA, LaTeX, Markdown, XML, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Educational background in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience working with gas turbines, turbojet engines, UAV platforms, or propulsion systems.
  • Familiarity with aerospace standards, certification processes, and technical compliance documentation including EASA, SORA, or ITAR.
  • Experience with engineering lifecycle tools and configuration management systems.
