Mediant in Hengelo is op zoek naar een Sociaal Psychiatrisch Verpleegkundige (SPV) voor 24 uur per week. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen caseload en werkt nauw samen met een multidisciplinair team.
Je biedt behandelingen aan cliënten in hun thuissituatie en stelt individuele behandelplannen op. Dit is een kans om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de GGZ terwijl je bijdraagt aan het herstel van cliënten.
Een aantrekkelijk salaris tussen de € 4.000 en € 5.294 fulltime, goede pensioenopties en ruimte voor ontwikkeling maken deze rol waardevol.
