Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a growing accountancy practice in Henley-on-Thames. Offering a competitive salary, hybrid working, excellent benefits and opportunities for progression.

Duties:

Daily bookkeeping using Xero, including bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts
Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns
Reconcile control accounts and post payroll journals
Review bookkeeping completed by junior team members
Liaise with clients and provide ongoing support

Experience required:

Minimum 2-3 years' accountancy practice experience
Strong bookkeeping and VAT experience
Xero experience essential
AAT qualified or qualified by experience
Management accounts experience desirable
Excellent organisational and communication skills
