This is an excellent opportunity for a Patient Coordinator / Sales Support Administrator who can combine warm, professional customer service with strong organisation, accurate administration and a confident approach to enquiry handling. As the Patient Coordinator / Sales Support Administrator, you will manage the patient journey from first enquiry through to consultation booking, treatment coordination, follow-up and ongoing engagement. You will respond to telephone, email, website and social media enquiries, providing clear information and helping suitable enquiries progress towards booked consultations or treatments.
The Patient Coordinator / Sales Support Administrator will also maintain CRM records, coordinate appointments, support front-of-house administration and help improve response times, booking processes and the overall patient experience.

DUTIES- Patient Enquiry Management:
Act as a warm, professional and knowledgeable first point of contact for prospective and existing patients across telephone, email, website and social channels - Patient Journey Coordination:
Guide patients from initial enquiry and consultation booking through to treatment coordination, follow-up and ongoing engagement - Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate appointments, clinician availability and clinic rotas to support an efficient patient experience - Service Information:
Provide clear, timely information on services, treatment pathways, pricing and next steps, escalating clinical questions to the appropriate clinician - Relationship Building:
Build strong patient relationships that encourage trust, repeat visits, referrals and long-term loyalty - Enquiry Follow-Up:
Follow up leads promptly and consistently using telephone, email and other agreed channels to maximise conversion - Sales Support:
Support lead nurturing, previous-enquiry follow-up, patient reactivation, treatment reminders and relevant promotional activity - CRM Administration:
Maintain accurate CRM records, next actions and follow-up dates so that viable enquiries are not lost - Performance Tracking:
Track lead sources, conversion rates, bookings and sales performance, sharing useful feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness - Front-of-House Support:
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, including front-of-house administration and coordination with clinicians - Confidential Records:
Handle information professionally and confidentially, maintaining accurate records and following relevant policies, procedures and data-protection requirements - Process Improvement:
Look for practical ways to improve the patient journey, response times, booking processes and overall commercial performance
- Previous experience in patient coordination, sales support, customer service, account management or a similar commercially focused role
- Experience in a clinic, healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or premium service environment would be advantageous
- Confident communicator who is comfortable speaking to prospective customers and asking for the booking or sale
- Able to build rapport quickly, understand customer needs and convert enquiries into action
- Highly organised, responsive and able to manage multiple patient journeys, follow-ups and priorities at the same time
- Commercially minded, target aware and motivated by delivering excellent service alongside revenue growth
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional manner
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential patient and business information
- Self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced
