We are looking for an experienced SSSTS Ganger to join our team on a busy construction site in Henley.
This is a hands-on role – ideal for someone who leads from the front and is happy to get properly stuck in on site, not just manage from a desk.
Requirements:
* Valid SSSTS
* Proven experience in construction
* Comfortable supervising small teams while working alongside them
* Strong work ethic and a proactive, practical attitude
* Good communication and site awareness
