Oakley Hill is seeking an Estimator based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, to support tendering on commercial and residential projects up to £5m. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, analysing tender documents, and liaising with pre-construction teams. Candidates should have previous estimating experience in a main contracting environment, a strong understanding of construction methods, and be competent with estimating software and Excel.
