A growing national facilities and construction services organisation is looking for an experienced Small Works Project Manager to join its team.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong construction or trade background who is confident managing projects from the initial site visit and quotation stage through to completion. The role will be based from the Cobham office, with travel required to commercial sites across Reading, High Wycombe and Halton.

You will take ownership of a variety of small works projects, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Visiting sites to assess works, requirements and potential challenges.
• Producing estimates, quotations and programmes for small works projects.
• Managing projects from enquiry through to handover.
• Arranging materials, labour and subcontractors as required.
• Preparing and managing RAMS and ensuring health and safety requirements are followed.
• Carrying out site visits to monitor progress, quality and performance.
• Keeping clients informed and maintaining positive working relationships.
