Are you a Facade Consultant looking for your next opportunity? Do you have experience producing compliance reports, reviewing façade design information across RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5, and supporting Building Safety Regulator submissions? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

Our client, a leading building consultancy, is seeking a Facade Consultant to join their team in Henley‑on‑Thames. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of façade design, compliance, and current building regulations, with the ability to review technical information and support clients throughout the design and construction process.

Permanent Position
Salary: £50,000–£80,000 (DOE)
Monday to Friday
Henley‑on‑Thames

• Produce façade compliance reports in line with current building regulations and industry standards
• Review façade design information and drawings across RIBA Stages 3, 4 and 5 to ensure compliance and technical accuracy
• Support clients with Building Safety Regulator (BSR) submissions and Gateway requirements
• Assess façade systems against relevant legislation, guidance, and performance requirements
• Identify compliance risks and provide practical technical recommendations to design teams and clients
• Liaise with architects, contractors, developers, and other consultants throughout project delivery
• Attend design meetings and provide technical input on façade design and regulatory compliance
• Review material specifications, technical documentation, and supporting evidence for regulatory submissions
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and technical documentation
• Contribute to the continuous development of internal procedures and best practices

• Experience working as a Facade Consultant, Façade Engineer, or within a façade design/compliance role
• Strong understanding of façade systems, construction methods, and current UK Building Regulations
• Experience producing façade compliance reports and reviewing technical documentation
• Experience reviewing RIBA Stage 3, 4 and 5 design information and drawings
• Knowledge of Building Safety Regulator (BSR) processes and Gateway submissions
• Ability to interpret architectural and technical drawings and specifications
• Excellent report writing and technical communication skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary project teams
