Job Introduction
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and supportive team.
This role involves supporting pupils’ learning,including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND),alongside supervising and engaging pupils during lunchtimes.
- Support pupils individually and in small groups within the classroom and interventionsettings.
- Enablepupils to access learning, develop independence, and maintain positivebehaviour.
- Workunder the direction of the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support and interventions.
- Monitor and provide feedback on pupil progress and engagement.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment.
- Supervise pupils, ensuring safetyand positive behaviour.
Lead and support playactivities, promoting inclusion and social interaction
