About The Role
We have an opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager to join our growing Thames Valley tax team. With a 66% increase in headcount since March 2020 and relocation to larger offices, this role offers natural progression opportunities. It is ideal for an Assistant Manager looking for a step up, or a Manager seeking a new challenge with career advancement.
You will work closely with tax partners delivering UK and cross‑border project‑based work, oversee larger and complex compliance work for a diverse portfolio of clients, and participate in business development initiatives.
You should be qualified ACA/CTA (or equivalent) with extensive practical tax experience, including managing compliance for large groups and delivering advisory projects such as group restructures and capital allowance projects.
Role Requirements- ACA/CTA or equivalent qualification essential.
- Significant Corporate Tax and accounting experience across advisory and compliance projects.

- Take primary responsibility for financial performance on client and project work.

- Solid grasp of UK corporate tax concepts, UKGAAP and tax accounting principles.
- Fast, intuitive analysis and data interpretation.
- Effective risk issue understanding and management.
