Overview

Providing business partnership support to the EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing organisations, helping them to drive the business forward towards Invesco’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse trends in Key Financial Performance Indicators for the EMEA Distribution business (including Flows, AUM, Revenues, Net Revenue Yield, and ANNR).
  • Investigate and explain any variances to the Plan.
  • Ensure forecasts of these metrics remain accurate.
  • Assist the business with analysing new business opportunities for profitability (e.g., digital partnerships) and reviewing commercials of existing relationships.
  • Ensure expenses of the EMEA Distribution business and the Global Marketing organisation remain within budget and forecasts remain accurate.
  • Assist leaders with understanding their cost base and communicating emerging trends or budget variances.
  • Assist Corporate Finance with analysis, commentary and queries on the EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing financial performance.
  • Provide analysis to support key stakeholders in the region, including product teams for the annual Value Assessment exercise and annual Investment Association Survey data request.
  • Conduct annual expense planning for EMEA Distribution and Global Marketing organisations.
Qualifications
  • Qualified accountant with experience within a fast‑moving financial services organisation (ACA< CIMA, ACCA).
  • Experience in FP&A within a global asset management business with offshore partners and familiarity with AI to enhance productivity is desirable.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the personal investment environment within EMEA (products, trends, platforms) is advantageous.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, flexible, and able to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
