Role Overview
Completely Care is looking for dedicated Autism Support Workers to join our team in Henley-on-Thames. This role involves supporting individuals with autism in a variety of daily and recreational activities. We offer flexible shifts—both part-time and full-time—so you can choose hours that fit your lifestyle while making a meaningful contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals with autism in developing independence and daily living skills
Facilitate social interaction, communication, and engagement in activities
Support hobbies, learning tasks, and community participation
Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and other professionals to provide consistent support
Required Skills & Experience
Experience supporting individuals with autism or additional needs
Knowledge of autism-friendly techniques and strategies
Compassionate, adaptable, and professional attitude
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
