Are you an experienced HCPC-registered podiatrist looking to take the next step in your career? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded private podiatry clinic in Henley-on-Thames as a Lead Podiatrist, working within an existing patient base while helping to shape the next phase of the clinic's growth.
We are seeking a confident and experienced podiatrist who enjoys managing more complex cases, mentoring colleagues, and delivering exceptional patient care. This is an established clinic with a strong reputation, offering the opportunity to build upon an already successful service.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a varied caseload including routine and more complex podiatric conditions
* Conducting comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and treatment plans
* Providing clinical leadership and support to fellow podiatrists, Foot Health Practitioners and assistants
* Supporting the development of clinical standards, policies and procedures
* Delivering high-quality patient care within a busy clinic environment
* Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
* Contributing to service development and future growth of the clinic
* Delivering outstanding customer service and building long-term patient relationships
Required
Qualifications & Skills:
* HCPC-registered Podiatrist
* BSc (Hons) Podiatry or equivalent qualification
* Previous post-graduate experience within NHS and/or private practice settings
* Confident managing a broad range of routine and complex podiatric conditions
* Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Ability to work independently while supporting the wider clinical team
