The Role

As a Delivery Partner, you aren't just filling roles; you are a brand ambassador and a consultant in your own right. You will manage the end-to-end process for assignments - often on senior appointments - providing a high-touch and sophisticated service.

Whether you are already experienced in recruitment or an ambitious professional eager to explore a new career path, we offer clear, self-paced pathways to move from Delivery into 360-consultancy and Client Engagement.

Your Impact
  • Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the recruitment process from start to finish - client briefings, job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and placement follow-up.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Use your strong emotional intelligence to cultivate positive relationships with senior-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Talent Sourcing & Pipelines: Proactively hunt for elite passive talent in niches. You’ll be incentivised to build deep pipelines through referrals and networking, ensuring we find the superstars who aren't even on the market yet.
  • Candidate Marketing & Account Management You’ll also stay close to our interim workforce, tracking contract ends to develop strategic plays for redeploying them into existing accounts or competitors.
  • Strategic Support: Assist the Client Engagement Partner with meetings and introductions to key stakeholders, leveraging your market insights to identify market opportunities.
  • Brand & Awareness: Contribute to thought leadership and social media content to raise personal brand. This may occasionally include sporadic event management!
  • Champion Quality: Embrace our quality-led approach. We focus on finding the right fit, not just any candidate.
About You

We are looking for someone who shares our Values:
Honesty & Integrity, Going The Extra Mile, Passion and Empathy. You should be a perfectionist when it comes to delivery, with the following traits:

  • Communication: A strong communicator, both written and verbal, capable of engaging with senior leaders.
  • Experience: Ideally 5+ years as a Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager. Either pure-delivery, or someone who has been a 360-consultant but excels on the candidate-side.
  • Exposure: Preferably worked roles across the HR/People discipline and/or Non‑Profit sector. Wider experience hiring to Business Change, Transformation and PPM roles would be desirable.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Bullhorn or similar CRM systems. Experience of running recruitment processes that are Human‑led, AI‑assisted.
  • Precision: Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple high‑stakes assignments without dropping the ball.
  • Mindset: Positive, uncomplicated, authentic, and deeply committed to doing excellent work.
What Practicus Offers You
  • A Values‑Driven Culture: Join an organisation that prioritises respect, collaboration, and work‑life balance.
  • Empowerment and Autonomy: Enjoy a 'grown‑up' environment with minimal micromanagement, where you are trusted to excel.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Benefit from our hybrid work model, with only 2 days per week at our beautiful Henley‑on‑Thames office.
  • A Supportive and Inclusive Environment: Be part of a diverse team where everyone feels valued and supported.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: We invest in your professional and personal growth with comprehensive training opportunities.
  • A Collaborative Team: Experience an open, non‑hierarchical culture where teamwork is celebrated.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) plus commission, health plan, life insurance, and perks like a 4pm finish on Fridays and your birthday off!
  • Career Longevity: Our staff retention is high, with an average tenure of 8+ years.
