You will manage inquiries via my Connect, route complex requests to specialists, and handle HR transactions in Workday and Service Now. The role requires high attention to data accuracy and strong communication.
Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with HR Business Partners and Advisors, maintain personnel records, and assist with payroll, benefits, and reports for internal clients.
