Interim Digital Manager – Henley-on-Thames (hybrid) 5 month FTC (early March start) – £60K pro rata
A globally recognised luxury brand is looking for an Interim Digital Manager to step in during a key period of change and keep its digital engine running at full speed.
Sitting within the Global Marketing team and reporting to the CMO, you’ll own the day‑to‑day performance of a high‑traffic D2C website, ensuring best‑in‑class UX, smooth commerce functionality and delivery of key digital projects across multiple international markets.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who’s confident in Shopify, passionate about user experience, and comfortable collaborating with developers, marketers and external agencies.
What you’ll be doing- Owning and optimising a multi‑country Shopify website, from product and campaign pages to site merchandising
- Improving UX, conversion and cart performance through testing, reporting and optimisation
- Managing D2C functionality including search, accounts and checkout
- Partnering with internal teams and agencies on website and email projects
- Supporting the rollout of new international websites
- Strong hands‑on Shopify experience (front‑end, data, apps)
- Proven background in website project management and UX optimisation
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Java Script
- Organised, collaborative and delivery‑focused
- Luxury or premium brand experience – bonus
- 5‑month FTC within a highly respected luxury brand
- Hybrid working with HQ presence
- Collaborative, high‑quality marketing environment
