We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Trade Floor IT Support Engineer to provide high-level technical support within a fast-paced financial services environment. The successful candidate will support front-office users, including traders, sales teams, and senior stakeholders, ensuring maximum uptime and rapid resolution of technical issues.

• Provide advanced desktop and trade floor support for front-office users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and application issues.
• Support trading floor technologies, market data applications, and collaboration tools.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in line with SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and participate in major incident management.
• Deliver VIP and executive-level technical support.

• Proven experience in Trade Floor, Front Office, or Financial Services IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and enterprise desktop environments.
• Experience supporting market data and trading-related applications.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, business-critical environments.

• Experience with Bloomberg, Reuters Workspace/Eikon, or similar market data platforms.
• Knowledge of Citrix, VDI, networking fundamentals, and collaboration technologies.
• Experience with in investment banking or financial services environments.

Technical
