We are looking for a Tool Hire Driver Fitter to join the successful, growing team at our Henley branch.

Experience preferred but not necessary. Full training can be provided! If you are passionate about delivering great customer service, are mechanically minded and are looking to launch your career – we want to hear from you!

As a Tool Hire Driver Fitter at Jewson, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive safe, well‑maintained equipment and excellent service.

• Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities, deploying resource to ensure efficient,effective and safe operations
• Lead by example in developing strong relationships through regular customer interaction, supporting the team to maximise growth through pro‑active cross selling
• Deliver and collect customer ordersin a timely manner, ensuring orders areaccurateand all equipment is secured and loaded/offloaded safelyin accordance with company procedures
• Support branch colleagues in building knowledge and competence in tool hire product
• Conduct pre-delivery checks to ensure tools and machinery are clean, safe, and fully operational
• Complete all relevant delivery paperwork and record keeping
• Inspect, test, and carry out basic repairs on a range of tools and small plant (e.g., breakers, saws, mixers, access equipment)

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 07:30-17:00
, with the requirement of working every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00
