KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To act as a trusted commercial partner to the Head of Military & Special Projects by owning and developing high value client relationships, driving revenue growth across Military & Special Projects, and ensuring Bremont is represented with authority, credibility and sensitivity across all engagements.

Proactively identify, originate and convert new Military & Special Project opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, from initial engagement through to contract close.
Contribute to revenue forecasting, commercial planning and longer term growth strategy for M&SP.
Support pricing, margin and commercial negotiations in line with brand and profitability objectives.
Own and nurture senior-level relationships with military units, government bodies, partners and special project clients.
Act as a trusted, discreet point of contact for high-profile and sensitive client engagements.
Deliver exceptional client experience, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Represent Bremont at formal engagements, briefings, events and private client meetings.
Serve as a senior brand ambassador, deeply understanding and articulating Bremont’s heritage, military credentials and values.
Ensure all client interactions and projects are aligned with Bremont’s brand positioning and long term reputation.
Host clients at The Wing and other key locations, delivering experiences that reflect exclusivity, authenticity and professionalism.
Provide commercial oversight and client leadership on projects, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines and expectations.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting and documentation to support transparency and performance tracking.
Attend and coordinate relevant trade shows, industry events and formal dinners to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
Undertake international travel as required (up to approximately 4 weeks per year).
Significant experience in a senior client facing, commercial or relationship led role.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through relationship management and business development.
Experience operating in discreet, high trust environments (e.g. luxury, defence, government, UHNW, bespoke or special projects).
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance brand, margin and client needs.
Exceptional relationship building skills with confidence operating at senior and executive levels.
Highly credible, polished and discreet, with strong judgment and professionalism.
Excellent communicator and storyteller, able to represent Bremont with authority and authenticity.
Structured and organised, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders simultaneously.
Passion for watches, engineering or heritage brands.
Comfortable with international travel and out of hours client engagements-of-hours client engagements.
