Salary: £59,500 – £74,500 per annum (DOE) + Outstanding Ofsted Bonus & Private Medical Insurance.

Vetro Recruitment is seeking an elite Registered Manager to take the helm of a specialist EBD home in the historic riverside town of Henley-on-Thames.   Influence the strategic direction of the home, from staff selection to the choice of clinical therapeutic models used within the provision.

• Ofsted Registration:
  Assume full legal responsibility as the Registered Manager, ensuring absolute compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015.
• Team Excellence:
  Recruit, supervise, and inspire a stable care team, fostering a culture of high expectations and continuous professional development in Henley and the surrounding area.
• Safeguarding & Wellbeing:
  Maintain the highest standards of safety and therapeutic care, ensuring every young person has a robust path to independence.
• Strategic Liaison:
  Represent the service in multi-agency meetings with local authorities across both Berkshire and Oxfordshire, ensuring cohesive support for residents.

• Education:
  
  Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare.
• Experience:
  
  Extensive experience in a leadership role within an EBD children's residential setting.
• Regulatory Expertise: A proven history of successful Ofsted inspections and a deep understanding of the Quality Standards.
• Professional Stature:
  Strong communication skills and the ability to act as an effective advocate for young people in a high-profile community setting.
