What you will do

Kenvue is currently recruiting for an:

EMEA Media & Marketing Operations Student Placement

What you will do

The placement is responsible for assisting the media and marketing operations team across media and marketing activities such as influencer marketing, content optimisation, data analysis and internal communications. You will gain hands-on experience in contributing to projects related to media and marketing operations and to the overall success of Kenvue.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, consumer reach and engagement

· Support the development of high quality CGI assets for the region that set industry standards, pivotal to product launches and to accelerate our e-com business

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that align with business goals

· Analyze and report on the performance of marketing and media campaigns, using data to inform future strategies

· Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and media and share insights with the team

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

· Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree program

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

· Comfortable with numbers, analytics, dashboards, and excel

· Familiar with Influencers and their presence on social media

Desired Qualifications

· Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative solutions

· Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics and Ads
