Helen & Douglas House in Henley is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to join our charity shop team on a permanent part-time basis. The role is 30 hours per week, with weekend rota and flexible patterns to support the shop’s sales and volunteer team.
You will lead with customer service excellence, coordinate volunteers, and work with the Shop Manager to achieve targets. Full training is provided, and a DBS check will be required.
