  Sunday/Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm — Location/Setting:
  Hephzibah, 30815 (dog on site) — Age Range:

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist after hire if needed
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
