• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• valid RN license (single-state or multi-state)
• BLS certification
• experience in direct patient care preferred.

Monitor patient conditions, assist with care planning, deliver safe and effective care, document accurately, respond to patient concerns, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Maintain licensure and certifications, participate in training, and uphold professional standards. Support positive work environment and share governance principles.
