The registered nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment in collaboration with the healthcare team. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, aiding in care planning and executing appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate patient flow and deliver safe, effective care following policies and documentation standards.
• Advocate for patients, addressing concerns, providing education, and fostering communication among care team members.
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality and organizational outcomes.
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and participation in professional organizations.

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with required certifications such as BLS.
