• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register and perform cashier duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with our food program.
• Maintain store appearance and standards, working inside and outside the store.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working as part of a fun, energetic team.

• Ability to sell products to customers.
• Provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication and friendly conversation skills.
• Work at a quick pace while having fun.
• Collaborate as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Generate ideas to solve problems.
• Think quickly and offer suggestions.

• Retail and customer service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes during a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour during a shift.
• Grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
