Job DescriptionAutomation Engineer
Location: Hercules, CA
Job Summary:The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions for Bio-Rad’s manufacturing processes. This role will collaborate with engineers, scientists, and manufacturing personnel to identify automation opportunities, develop and validate automated systems, and ensure their smooth operation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in automation engineering within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of robotics, machine vision, and software development.
- Experience with project management and system validation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
