Bio‑Rad is looking for a Credit and Collection Associate to join the Corporate Accounting team. In this role, you will make 50 to 60 outgoing calls a day, interact directly with customers on a daily basis, and review credit limit increases.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Work on reductions of past due receivables.
- Provide internal and external customer service.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure correct balances.
- Increase profit by decreasing bad debt.
- Perform credit management.
- Education:
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is preferred. An associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration with at least two years of accounting experience may substitute. - Work Experience:
Five or more years of commercial collection experience is required. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and SAP knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Excellent time management and self‑management skills.
- Knowledge of collection laws.
- Strong internal and external customer service skills.
- Understanding of how to read, understand, and utilize a Dun & Bradstreet report.
- Knowledge of audited financial statements – what they look like and what to look for.

CompensationThe estimated base salary range for this position is $46,800 to $64,400 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job‑permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and company performance.
