About the Role
As the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Bio-Rad’s future by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for leading a global team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies to meet the company’s talent needsLead and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionalsIdentify, attract, and hire top talent in a competitive marketBuild and maintain relationships with universities, industry partners, and professional organizationsDevelop and implement talent assessment and selection processesTrack and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiativesStay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisitionCollaborate with other HR functions, including HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee RelationsQualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in a global environmentDeep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and emerging trendsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGlobal mindset and experience working in a multicultural environmentWhy Join Bio-Rad?
