Excellent communication Skills are required

This position reports to Global HRIS Manager. The People Soft technical consultant will lead technical projects and provide application support for our global People Soft core HR application (version 8.9) that houses information about 9,600+ active employees and contingent workers using multiple languages. The consultant will work closely with HRIS technical team and HR functional experts to provide innovative solutions

Experience

• 5+ years of experience using People Soft development tools
• 2+ full life-cycle People Soft implementations, preferably in a global company
• 1+ People Soft upgrade projects throughout their lifecycle; upgrade project to 9.2 will be a plus
• 2+ years of experience supporting People Soft applications in a global, multi-lingual company
• 2+ years of experience playing the role of Technical architect for HR, Payroll applications is a plus

Key responsibilities

• Lead design, code and unit test small and medium projects that require changes to People Soft
• Gather business requirements, analyze business processes and provide options using best practices
• Develop and maintain integrations between People Soft core HR and external applications like ADP Payroll, Success Factors, Silk Road (Open Hire, Red Carpet), Plateau…
