• Assist in creating serum/plasma samples for clinical diagnostic verification and validation.
• Execute experimental protocols under guidance from senior team members.
• Support data analysis and documentation of experimental results.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during sample development with senior team guidance.
• Collaborate with research scientists and associates to achieve shared goals.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related discipline (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, etc.).
• Experience:
  
  0‑2 years of relevant laboratory experience; verification and validation studies are a plus.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and plan lab tasks to meet deadlines.
• Work effectively in a team and make decisions of limited scope, subject to review.
• Hands‑on experience with instrument hardware, software, assay chemistry related to high‑pressure liquid chromatography and/or immunoassays, ELISA or similar technologies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools – Excel and Word.
• Committed to customer satisfaction; quality focused; resourceful; able to work independently and in a team environment.

• 0‑2 years of relevant laboratory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in life science or related discipline (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biological Sciences, etc.).
